We curate bespoke weddings in the heart of Yorkshire.


We design, plan, coordinate, guide, assist... HELP in absolutely ANY way we can to bring our client's dream weddings to life. 


At Hart, we understand that each couple is unique and this will be reflected in not only their budget, but more importantly, the desires that they hold for their big day. For this very reason, we create bespoke planning packages to ensure that all of the services that we provide are tailored specifically to individual needs.

We acknowledge that world of weddings can be a very daunting place and, there is an overwhelming amount to plan. 

Teamed with work, downtime and everything in-between, planning a wedding alongside everyday life can become an impossible task even for the most highly organised of brides-to-be... where we come in! 


There is a common misconception that Wedding Planners are for the celebrities, pretentious types and rich people. In reality, this couldn't be any further from the truth. Wedding Planners are for the BUSY... which, let's be honest, is most of us!

With access to exclusive rates, investing in  our services can often work out as a very similar price to going it alone, with all the benefits and a lot less of the negatives.. think of it as purchasing a brand new private limousine and receiving a complimentary chauffeur to guide you along the way.

Where are you based?

Hart was established in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, in the scenic village of Denton, near Ilkley, in North Yorkshire (a stone's throw from the beautiful Denton Hall). We cover the whole of Yorkshire... & sometimes beyond if required!

Which Suppliers do you deal with?

Hart have been fortunate enough to work with some of the best suppliers in the Wedding Industry. 


We continue to work and collaborate with vendors throughout the Yorkshire region, carefully extracting reliable. quality craftsmanship


We listen carefully to our clients, establishing their preferences and matching these to appropriate suppliers within our repertoire.


Which venues do you work with?

We work with venues all over the Yorkshire region. From Barns to Castles; Country Estates to Tipis. It all comes down to client preference.

When do I need to book?

Full Planning

it's best to book at least a year (or two) in advance of you big day. All the best suppliers will book up one to two years in advance, so ideally this is when you need to be starting your earliest planning phases.


Partial Planning

get in touch when you feel you need some additional support with planning your wedding, the earlier the better!


Management Services

can be scheduled upto six months prior to your nuptials. Despite its name, On-The-Day-Management refers to the liaison of suppliers ahead of the wedding, making sure that all each arrives at a specific time and reports to the correct location. 


Last minute panics? Call us!  Whether its six months prior and nothings in place, or your makeup artist pulls out the week before (it happens!) don't worry, just get in touch!
